Probationers required to pay restitution may make payments online using a credit or debit card through GovernmentPaymentEXP or over the phone by calling (888) 604-7888.
Payments can be made twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. A fee will be charged for this service. See the fee chart below.
In order to make a payment, you will need the following information.
To make a payment for the Victim Impact Panel:
- Use location code: 7370
- Enter court name
- Enter probation officer's name
- Enter name and date of birth
To make a payment for Restitution or DWI Admin Fees:
- Use location code: 7371
- Enter your NYSID number provided by your probation officer
- Enter name and date of birth
Do not use your social security number or court docket number. If you do, your payment will not get credited to your account.
If you do not have the correct information, contact your probation officer before making any payment.
